SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Spectator parking, including handicap accessibility, will be available in northernmost lots, adjacent to the stadium. The southernmost Saber Center lot will be reserved for performing ensembles. Please be aware that there is ongoing campus construction at Franklin High School.

​Your ticket provides admission for the entire competition, whether viewing one band or all bands.  Seating will be first come, first serve throughout the afternoon and evening. Accessible seating is available - volunteers will be able to assist.

Bands are judged using the standard Wisconsin School Music Association rules, which can be viewed here. Judges are assigned by WSMA, and they will critique bands in the areas of music performance, visual performance, music general effect, visual general effect, percussion, and color guard. Individual class placement awards will be given to all participating bands. Additionally, overall caption awards for musical presentation, visual presentation, percussion, and colorguard will be presented.

​The concession stand will open with the gates at 4:00 PM and will remain accessible until 8:00 PM. Additionally, FHS will be selling student shout-outs and 50/50 raffle tickets at a booth by the home stands. Cash and card (with a 3% convenience fee) will be accepted for admissions, concessions, and shout-outs. The 50/50 raffle will be cash only, and a winner will be drawn/announced with the awards presentation at 8:30 PM.
